Our very comfortable one-bedroom 2nd floor condo (with elevator) is located in building 12 of the lovely Westport by the Sea complex on the beach in Westport. It has a view of the State Park and the lighthouse and is just a short walk to the beach and oceanfront pathway! No ocean view, but very handy to the pool/hot tub and clubhouse. The saltwater pool is heated but seasonal (Open mid-May to mid-Oct) while the hot tub is open all year. We always allow early check-in if the condo is ready!

The Condo has Cable Tv, Hi Speed Internet and a 50" LED Smart Tv with all the streaming apps (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc.) and a blu ray player. It has covered picnic table area out front. Out back our unit has its own private picnic table to enjoy outdoor meals when the weather permits.

Although it’s not the height of luxury, it is clean and homey. Full kitchen - new electric range, new refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, cookware, dishes, etc. Queen bed & 10" memory foam mattress, two 5 1/2 foot couches. WiFi :up to 250/15mbps down/upload. No TV. No Pets.
