This apartment is a stand-alone unit, no shared walls or neighbors above or below, and is a private, quiet, comfortable space in the heart of Davenport. The apartment is exclusively yours during your stay, no sharing closet or bathroom space with the host's personal belongings. It's a fully furnished 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment that was originally built as a caretaker's cottage. It is located behind my home, above my garage. Guests must be able to climb up 1 1/2 flights of stairs for access.

Now is a great time to stay in this completely furnished two-bedroom house directly overlooking the Mississippi River. The hot tub is amazing during the day and under the stars this time of year. Eagle watching in the winter is always entertaining while relaxing in the hot tub. This 1+ acre property is tucked away on a private dead end street, yet close to many great restaurants and shopping. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at Aire Leclaire! Within walking distance from downtown and 2 blocks from American Pickers. This modern 2 bedroom, 1 bath home is a block away from the tugfest parade route. A barnyard turned farmhouse in the 1940’s, this home completely remodeled with the modern farm charm it has today. In town for a day or several, enjoy outdoor amenities, a lighted deck, outdoor couch, and table. Inside, a modern LED fireplace mixed with rustic beauty.

Lucy’s House

I don’t charge cleaning fees as my guests have always respected the property and rules. Leave a big … mess expect a charge. The outside of the house is under construction as I’m siding the house and added a mud room. I’m 66 with new knees so the process is slow especially in winter but nothing going on outside will affect your stay. I get great reviews from my guests who all seem to find the interior relaxing and tastefully decorated with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay

Large apartment in the lower-level of our house

The lower-living space is 1000+ sq ft in the lower level of our ranch house. It is very quiet and private. The front door is shared and is just 2 steps to the AirbNb entrance. We are 5 min off I-280 / I-74 near Augustana College, John Deere, Rock Island Arsenal, etc. Cozy apartment with kitchen w/dining, large private bathroom, family room w/dining area, couch/hide-a-bed and futon, large bedroom and a 2nd bedroom/workout room. Free parking in our driveway and high speed internet.

Carla's Cottage

This little cottage is a Rock Island Historic house. Nestled among the large Victorians, it was built in 1879 and housed various workers, from a blacksmith, to a wallpaper hanger! Located just blocks from the Mississippi River you can walk along a paved bike path with gorgeous views. In the evening enjoy the vibrant nightlife, with music and a dinner playhouse! This tiny historic cottage is great for a quick night, but perfect for class reunions, weddings and the John Deer Classic!

A few minutes away from John Deere Harvester, John Deere Pavilion, The Rust Belt, The Bend Center, John Deere Classic, Tax slayer Center, just to name a few.

Iowa Farm Cottage

This small simple house is situated near Interstate 80, one mile from Davenport city limits, near John Deere Davenport Training Center and John Deere Davenport Works. The cottage is surrounded by cornfields in the heart of an Iowa farming community, yet not far town on a paved road (55 mph) . Enjoy wide open vistas in privacy. Easy drive to Mississippi River, shopping and restaurants.
