With its brand new appliances, WiFi, Roku TV, and two bedrooms, guests can enjoy their peaceful stay at this home away from home. Included: spacious loft with a reading area and queen size bed, small bedroom on the first floor with a twin bed, 1 full bath, 1 car garage, and an outdoor fire pit. Quaint in the hills of Southern Ohio. This studio apartment is a one bed room with a lovely view overlooking the outdoor horse riding arena. It offers a kitchenette and sitting area downstairs. Upstairs has a queen size bed over looking the riding arena. A country setting at it's best. Pet friendly. Trailer Parking available. Some weekends we host equine events. Horses and exhibitors will be around the facility. There is a horse arena in front and at times you can watch !
