This stunning minimalist-inspired home adds its own artistic flair to the decor by placing bold and exciting art pieces throughout every room. The gallery and apartment is owned by an artist, who designed the space to show his work. Guests will have access to the whole gallery, but for rent is only the private apartment adherent to the gallery, including a small kitchen, a combined living sleeping area with a loft style bathtub and attached separate bathroom with shower. The other sleeping area can be separated by movable walls and has an extra bathroom with shower and toilet as well. Guests also have access to the back yard until 10 pm. Our aim is, to welcome all our guests personally and show them around and help them getting started in Berlin. Since we are also living in Berlin we are happy to help if any difficulties occur during the stay. It's Mitte, means closed to all cultural attractions, shopping and nightlife, but still quiet and you don't feel like living in a "bar". I like to call it the "new quiet Mitte" since recently a lot of luxury apartment buildings were constructed next to existing architecture, so it's for Mitte a pretty quiet neighbourhood, but Gendarmenmarkt, Checkpoint Charlie, Alexanderplatz, Friedrichstraße are all within easy walking distance (10min) Subway station (U-Bhf) Spittelmarkt 2 min walk. Mitte neighborhood is within walking distance to many of the city's iconic locations such as Checkpoint Charlie with superb shopping, dining, and nightlife nearby as well. There is easy access to public transport making exploring easy and convenient.

Lübben als Tor zum Ober- und Unterspreewald ist ein hervorragender Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in beide Regionen. Der Gurkenradweg führt direkt am Haus vorbei. Als Hosts stehen wir euch mit dbzgl. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ehemaligen Bäckerei im historischen Fischerkietz. Der Straßenzug erinnert mit seinen denkmalgeschützen Häusern an eine Dorfstraße aus der Jahrhundertwende. Die Schlossinsel wie auch die Altstadt mit allen Annehmlichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Im Sommer kann man im Flußbad oder im Müggelsee schwimmen. Der Flughafen BER ist in 45 min mit Bus (162/164) und S-Bahn (45/9) erreichbar. Wer Städtetrip und Entspannung verbinden möchte, ist hier genau richtig.

Unsere Unterkunft ist in der Nähe vom Flughafen Berlin-Brandenburg. Zur Tesla Gigafactory sind es ca. 20 Autominuten (16 km). Tolle Aussicht auf den See mit unmittelbarer Waldnähe. Unsere Unterkunft ist gut geeignet für Paare, Geschäftsreisende und Familien (mit Kindern). Die Wohnfläche beträgt 130 qm. 1 km zum nächsten Supermarkt und ca. 20 min. mit dem PKW zum Zentrum Berlins. Gute Anbindung mit der BVG. Man erreicht das Zentrum in ca. 45 min. mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.

The apartment can accommodate 5 people. The bedroom has a 160x200 double bed. The living room is equipped with a sitting corner including a 140x200 sleeping sofa and a single sleeping sofa chair. The way to metro, bus and tram stations is short. Restaurants, super markets and museums are close by. We do have an elevator.
