The tourist tax of 2.4 euros per person per night is included in the price. On over 70m2, the holiday apartment offers everything you need. It has a bedroom with a large bed (200cm x 200cm), a sofa bed (160cm x190cm) in the living area, an open kitchen with dining area, fireplace, a bathroom with bathtub and shower and a separate toilet. Thanks to the pull-out sofa bed in the living area, the holiday apartment can accommodate 4 people. From a spacious terrace you have a wonderful view of the Traunstein, Traunsee and the surrounding mountains. The holiday apartment is surrounded by greenery and is the perfect starting point for excursions in the Salzkammergut. Important: - The nearest supermarket is 3 kilometers away. - The house is located on a mountain at an altitude of 500 meters and can only be reached by car. - Me and my children live on the floor above the holiday apartment. - I own a dog, but it is child-friendly. -For the city of Altmünster, a tourism expense of 2.40 euros per night and person is paid, which is already included in the price and is not charged additionally. -Cleaning costs are included in the price

Kommen Sie an, stellen Sie Ihr Auto auf den dazugehörigen und kostenlosen Parkplatz ab und beginnen Sie entspannt Ihren Urlaub. Ob wandern, bergsteigen, baden im Sommer oder Skifahren/Skitouren gehen im Winter - Sie haben zahlreiche Möglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Oder einfach in sehr ruhiger Umgebung rasten und entspannen und zu Fuß die kulinarischen Möglichkeiten in Grünau entdecken.

Ferienwohnung Obergraben

Unsere Ferienwohnung liegt auf einer Anhöhe im Ortsteil Viechtwang mit Blick auf den wunderschönen Almfluss. In ca. 500m befindet sich eine Bäckerei für ihre Frühstückswünsche, sie genießen ihr komplett eigenes Reich auf ca. 35m2, zusätzlich haben sie ihre eigene Garderobe im Eingangsbereich direkt vor der Wohnung. Draußen bieten wir einen tollen Garten mit Terrasse und Grillplatz unter dem schattenspendenden Nussbaum. In den Wintermonaten genießen sie die Nähe zum Schigebiet Kasberg (15min).

Das Ferienhaus "Strickerl" ist an einem der schönsten Wanderorte der Welt gelegen, im Salzkammergut. Wir befinden uns auf einer Höhe von ca. 880 Metern, was unsere Gäste unmittelbar das Almfeeling spüren lässt. Bei uns haben Sie die Möglichkeit, Entspannung & die österreichische Idylle zu genießen. Ausgestattet mit 2 Schlafzimmern, einer Wohn-/ Essküche sowie Bad und WC, können Sie dieses Ferienhaus für die nächsten Tage Ihren Rückzugsort nennen. Ich freue mich auf Sie! Markus Neubacher

Wohnung mit Garten, Sauna und Infrarotkabine

Die Wohnung hat 120 m2 und bietet einen kleinen Garten welcher komplett eingezäunt ist und somit auch für Hunde geeignet ist. Infrarotkabine von Physiotherm und eine Sauna. Im ersten Stock ist ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett. Das zweite Schlafzimmer befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und bietet zwei Einzelbetten. Von dieser zentral gelegenen Unterkunft seit Ihr in 5 Minuten in Grünau im Almtal, in 15 Minuten in Gmunden. Zu fuß in 2 Minuten beim Supermarkt und in 5 Minuten beim Almfluss.
