If you want to experience world class fishing at the beach & off the dock, with all the comforts of home, then this is the place for you. We fell in love w/Sargent in 2020 & bought Salt Creek Retreat in 2022. After almost a year of renovations we are ready to share our family retreat. We love to get away & relax in this peaceful setting & love the people/atmosphere in Sargent. We know you will too!

Bayberry - Sargent

With 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, and 3 full beds, this marvelous property offers a cozy retreat for large families. Enjoy the convenience of WiFi, a laundry room, AC, and heating during your stay. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with showers for your comfort. And the kitchen is fully stocked for your cooking needs. We are minutes from Sargent Beach and the Intracoastal. Beaching, Swimming, Fishing the ICW, Kayaking, Boating, Breath Taking Views, there is plenty to do! We cant wait to have you!

Lone Oak River Retreat

Beautiful Waterfront River House on The San Bernard River. Excellent Fishing, Swimming, Kayaking or Boating all from your private dock! Relax and take in the amazing views. At night enjoy smores around the fire pit and fish under the green lights. Have your own boat? The boat slip is across the river from The Lone Oak. 20 minutes from the beach and 40 minutes south of Houston. Kayaks, Games, Fishing Poles and Crabtraps are FREE for our guest to use during their stay. THERE IS NO WIFI

The Pier House in Sargent, TX (close to Houston)

If you want to get away to the beach and avoid the crowds, come stay in our beautiful home on Sargent Beach just a 1hr30minute drive from Houston. Enjoy 360degree water views from our home , fishing from our amazing pier, and watching the tug boats, dolphin & plethora of birds pass through. What makes our property so unique is that you get to fish from our double level pier over the ICW or you can walk across the road and fish and play in the gulf (approximately 75 yards).

You will rest for Shore in this cute little Cabana. This house has its own private pathway to the Beach! This would be the Perfect little geataway for 2 or more! There is also a room and bathroom downstairs if you have a couple friend. Sleeps 4 total. 2 bedrooms with Queen Beds. There is also a Sleeper Sofa in living room that could fit 2 extra. Come see the best sunset and sunrise views when you step out of the house. Birdwatching, Shelling, Tan Lines and more!
