Back Beach House

Light, bright and spacious. From the moment you walk in you'll feel calm and relaxed. Fire up the wood fire or simply press a button for instant warmth or cool. Comfy Koala mattresses on beds also equipped with electric blankets. Clean, white stone bench tops and a large cooktop and oven if eating-in is your plan. Stylish and comfortable living spaces. Streamlined bathroom and ensuite, each with a large glass-walled shower. Enjoy the grassy front deck area or sit around the fire pit at the back.

A quiet close knit neighbourhood, the property is a cosy retreat that soaks up the northern views with ample indoor cover for the cooler months. Groups of 4 people will be for the main house, 5+ people will be booking for the house+cottage.

Sounds of the Surf

Do you love waking up to the sounds of the surf? This iconic beach house is absolute beachfront at the quiet end of Inverloch's surf beach. Set back from the road, amongst a peaceful, native coastal garden, the home is very private and attracts beautiful birds. A large extended deck wraps around three sides of the 3 bedroom house featuring a Cathedral ceiling and polished pine floors. You will always be comfortable with a new split cycle system and large fireplace with plenty of firewood.

The Beachfront

5 mins across nature reserve to the beach (gentle surf) and views of Wilsons Prom. Modern, clean and easy to maintain. TV with HDMIs, CD player. Air Con/heater, wood stove. Sleeps 9 - 3 doubles, 3 singles with more on fold out couch. Table tennis room, playground across the road, lots of outdoor play space, wood burner, wifi, outdoor BBQ, shops and fuel minutes away. Walk to patrolled beach in summer. Shallow inlet 15 mins drive with boat launching, protected wind surfing and great walking.

The Beachhouse - Pet Friendly

The Beachhouse is warm and welcoming. It is private and very close to the beach and general store. Pet friendly is a big factor with off leash beach access only a short walk away. We provide bed linen and bath towels, a well stocked pantry, coffee machine and pods to keep you caffeinated. The Beachhouse is easy to clean and maintain, even if you have a dog. A great venue to relax in a beach environment, or as a base to explore the superb walks and scenery of Wilsons Prom.

Don’t tell the kids there’s Wi-Fi - let them explore nature walks, and spot kangaroos and wallabies instead. We are nestled beside farmland and minutes from Venus Bay, it backs onto majestic dunes leading to an 8-minute bush walk to the ocean for swimming, fishing, and play.
