Lyminge is five miles from the seaside in Hythe. It has a Chemist, Doctors' surgery, a village store, Chinese restaurant, Indian take-way, a Tea Room - which does very nice breakfasts . There are 2 good pubs nearby - the Gatekeeper in Etchinghill and the Tiger in Stowting. Dogs are welcome - one medium size or two small ones.

This beautiful, luxurious maisonette is situated in the tiny village of Sandgate. Situated close to the beach (mins away) and a flat walk along the seafront to more edgy and arty Folkestone, or walk the other way to more genteel Hythe. The roof terrace is for sun lovers and alfresco eating, not late night partying. The flat is quiet at night. There is paid parking close by and free parking a short walk away. A local guide will be provided.
