It boasts some of the most magnificent and expensive properties in the country and lush scenery for the high-profile locals. Public transit is difficult, but available. Having a car will make things much easier. Los Angeles has UBER & LYFT!!! Download the App before you arrive! Please expect to wait on average 5 mins for an Uber/Lyft to arrive. PARKING: • Plenty of free street parking right next to the house for any type of vehicle. There is absolutely no parking restrictions, meters, or street cleaning. Quiet and private 2 bedroom 2 bathroom guest house. Master bedroom features a King bed with ensuite bathroom. Guest bedroom features a queen bed. A full kitchen is provided, with a gas stove, refrigerator and dishwasher along with washer and dryer. The space is well appointed with a 75" 4K TV in the livingroom and both bedrooms are heated and cooled by dedicated mini-split Air Conditioners. You will enjoy the large private gated patios. This is located at the rear of the property.
