Charming 1928 historic Craftsman home with elegant mid-century modern furnishing and spacious porch in the heart of North Park, two blocks from the “North Park” sign, off 30th st, a block from University Ave. Relax on the front porch or walk to one of the nearby restaurants, breweries, craft cocktail bars or parks. Just blocks away from some of the best food, beer, and nightlife in San Diego. A great place to bike, dog friendly, and close access to all the best San Diego has to offer.

This is a dog friendly home with no extra dog fees and a great backyard that is strictly yours and your pups to enjoy. Airbnb calls it a guest suite but it is one room that is attached to the back of my house with private entrance, deck, private bath, microwave, frig, keurig machine with pods (no kitchen) and one free off street parking space big enough to fit a Ford F-150 trucK. There is some highway noise outside but windows are double-paned, so quiet inside. Smoking is fine outside.
