We're only minutes away from Old Town, Little Italy, Gas Lamp, the airport and more. We have all the amenities to make you feel at home while you away from home. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. This property is detached with a private entrance. Includes parking. The laundry is shared with our neighbor.

Spacious apartment, old world charm

Our open-space apartment is full of charm and character. From the Spanish-tiled private entry to the footed tub shower, you will experience a unique feeling. Enjoy the nearby vibrant restaurant scene as well as the rooftop deck with its harbor view! The ceilings are low in a couple spots and could be a challenge for folks who are especially tall. My boyfriend is 6'4" and has learned to adapt! It may be something to consider. House noises travel in this old home, so it can be a factor for some.

Our sea-side neighborhood is Oceanside’s most beloved area due to it’s relaxing and laid back vibe and it’s countless local restaurants, breweries, and cafes, many of which are within walking distance of our apartment. This is an ideal space for solo travelers, couples, events at the Convention Center, Padres Games, great eateries, and the best of Downtown San Diego.
