Chalet #2 “Las Conchas” es una villa de Chalet Tropical. Hecha de una habitacion dividida en dos pisos, tiene un acceso a través del jardín privado con piscina en estilo jacuzzi con cascada (solo a uso privado). La terraza conduce al salón, caracterizado por una ducha de piedra, que parece un pozo de agua. En el mismo piso, hay una gran cama doble/sofá, una cocina totalmente equipada y un baño. El dormitorio en el primer piso tiene un balcón, y viene con una cama doble y una cama individual.
