This flat is excellently situated 5 mins' flat walk from Cathedral Close, 10 mins' walk from town centre, 2 mins from nearest pub, corner shop and restaurant, and about 5 minutes' walk to garage with M&S Simply Food store. The flat is bright and spacious, has its own entrance, is in a quiet cul de sac, parking in small parking area or on road . It was built in 1970s but the important things are new - king-size bed, fridge/freezer, cooker, washing machine, gas-fired central heating, WiFi .

Newly refurbished spacious ground floor apartment in a central location within a short walk through Boscombe Gardens to the glorious beach. The owner lives in the flat above (two storey building) and parking is available on the drive or on the street outside the building. It is a fantastic, light, and relaxing space with 3-meter bifold doors with integrated blinds that fully open out onto a shared courtyard with our house. There are large electric Velux sky lights with blackout blinds. It is a fantastic light space to relax or work. It has its own private access from the street.
