The property is tucked away in a sought after cove location on the grounds of Porthilly Farm, just a short walk across the beach to Rock. This charming little gem is an idyllic coastal getaway perfect for romantic breaks, taking it easy by the sea or for adventurous getaways alike. We run a working dairy and shellfish farm and our oysters & mussels are grown in the estuary.

Welcome to our recently renovated, much-loved, terraced, cosy cottage, tucked peacefully away in a hamlet within a mile and a half of the popular beaches of Rock, Daymer Bay and Polzeath. The cottage has three bedrooms, all with rural views and two bath/shower rooms. Downstairs, there is a lovely open plan kitchen/diner and a snug, cosy sitting room with wood-burning stove. There is also a downstairs utility area with WC. Enclosed courtyard garden to rear and lawned area at the front.

All rooms have a king size bed and are en-suite. The kitchen is enormous! 44 square metres. It is 1.5 miles from Rock beach, Daymer Bay is just a five minutes drive and Polzeath a few minutes further. Porthilly beach you can walk to in 19 minutes. There is a large private garden with patio seating.
