Quiet and peaceful cottage in a beautiful setting. Located on 6 acres adjacent to the Shelburne Pond Nature Reserve and only 15 min to the Church Street Marketplace in downtown Burlington. Enjoy the sunrise over the hills behind the cottage and sunsets over the Adirondacks to the west. Sit in the chairs or chaise lounge in the private backyard listening to the birds or relax in the shared sauna after a day of skiing or snowshoeing. (The sauna is available by reservation to ensure your privacy.)

This guest house has been built and designed by my husband and I. It sits behind our house with private walking/biking trails right out your door. The design is modern with natural warm colors and tucked away in the trees. The loudest noise you will hear are the owls hooting and a faint distant train whistle two times a day. Our mission is to create an atmosphere of tranquility, calmness and peace. We offer mother nature outside your door with easy access to all the activities you desire.

Stay in our 24 foot 1961 Airstream Tradewind Land Yacht. This classic travel trailer has many comforts including new memory foam mattresses, refrigerator, microwave, WiFi, TV and FireStick, air conditioning, heat and hot water. It is on 1/3 acre in a small community 11 miles from Burlington and 8 miles from Shelburne village. The trailer can be effectively cooled during the summer and heated during the spring and fall months as needed. Minimum age to book: 22
