Originally a famous printmakers studio, it is now a large, comfortably furnished light filled sanctuary. There are floor to ceiling windows, (with blinds) a large living area with a fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs is a romantic ensuite bedroom. The Treehouse is ideal for a relaxing break in a secluded location, 10 mins walk to Penzance.

Painted in ultra low VOC, sustainable paint. Park 3 metres from the front door. Relax on the Emma Mattress bed or unwind on the sofa whilst watching 4K smart TV (both areas). Cool your drinks and ice cream in the fridge-freezer or mix a cocktail. For breakfast utilise the espresso machine, toaster, kettle and microwave.

Chy Noweth ,a peaceful escape with parking

Chy noweth is part of my home with a private back door entrance with a key safe on the outside wall. The space inside is totally private and for your use only. The patio area is for your use and the garden area is shared with myself. There is a kettle and coffee machine in the small utility area as well as a under counter fridge. I will supply tea, coffee ,biscuits and milk for your arrival. There are no cooking facilities but restaurants are plentiful in nearby St. Ives , Hayle and Marazion.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Godrevy is a newly renovated coastal retreat attached to a family home with separate entrance with key safe and private parking. Perfect for couples the spacious lounge/diner has a fitted kitchen, central heating, comfy sofa with 43 inch smart television and wifi. Close to the stunning Gwithian and Godrevy surfing beaches. Outside there is ample private parking and a patio area with seating that affords the afternoon and evening sun.
