1932年由日本商人林方一所建立，在當時是南台灣規模最大的百貨公司。歷經長時間閒置，在1998年被列入市定古蹟，於2010年開始整修至2013年完成，由台南市文化局委外經營，林百貨終於在2014年以「文創百貨」的型態重新出發，再次成為台南的著名景點。
It was built in 1932 by a japanese merchant, and was the largest department store in the past. The interior structure remains the same as before,so it'll seem like taking a time travel when you visit! One of the many beautiful deserted buildings in Tainan, Lin’s Department Store has seen better days. During the 1930s it was the premiere department store in Tainan, and at the time it was quite comparable with Chu-Yuan Department Store in Taipei. As part of Tainan’s most prosperous area at the time, Moguang Ting, Lin’s Department Store sat as a cornerstone to Tainan’s fashionable shopping district.

63號 Section 2, Zhongyi Rd1932年由日本商人林方一所建立，在當時是南台灣規模最大的百貨公司。歷經長時間閒置，在1998年被列入市定古蹟，於2010年開始整修至2013年完成，由台南市文化局委外經營，林百貨終於在2014年以「文創百貨」的型態重新出發，再次成為台南的著名景點。
It was built in 1932 by a japanese merchant, and was the largest department store in the past. 台南孔廟位於台南市南門路，建於明朝年間，台南孔廟為全台第一座孔子廟、最早的文廟，一度是全台童生入學之所，號稱『全臺首學』。Tainan Confucius Temple, also known as “The Highest Institute”, was built in the year 1666. It is the first Confucius temple constructed in Taiwan and back in the days, it was the only place of the highest official institute of higher learning in Taiwan.

As you walk up its steps decorated by flowers and plants, you will feel like you are walking up to a café in paradise. As you enjoy the outside greenery and cozy interior decor, you will no doubt feel that this is one of the most relaxing corners in the world.

67號 Nanmen Rd太胖就就喝不到的咖啡!!要進去之前必須穿過僅38公分寬的巷子，無論晨曦、向陽、夜幕，咖啡館各具風情。來客早午餐、咖啡、甜點或簡餐都是享受。Established more than 20 years ago, this restaurant is also known as "Narrow Door Café" as its main entrance is only 38cm wide. 此處經常舉行各種藝文活動，且每年有國際級展演在此輪番上陣，是臺南市民的休閒去處之一。此外該文化中心是各縣市文化中心裡唯一獲得建築金牌獎的文化中心，也是最早建立義務服務人員自治制度與推展家庭日服務的文化中心。Located on Tainan’s east side, The Tainan Municipal Culture Center is probably the first place you should look if you’re searching for a little higher brow entertainment. It’s Performance Hall hosts a wealth of musical, dance and other cultural performances. Many professional troupes from Taiwan and all over the world land in this venue if they’re making a Tainan a stop on their tour. And, surprisingly, many performances that tour outside of Taipei do make a stop in Tainan. In fact, many performances come here instead of going to Kaohsiung. The quality if the Tainan Municipal Culture Center Performance Hall and the reputation of Tainan as a cultural magnet are most likely the reasons why.
