Being a local native its super annoying to most that live here when a non local lays on the horn for really no reason. I get that alot of drivers may be passive aggressive but thats just how it is here

most people are friendly
People will be nice to you even if they don't like you its just the culture here. However Covid has changed alot of the culture here recently so you may experience some rudeness and employees chasing you down in a store if your mask is slightly under your nose. it is not against the law to not wear a mask however establishments have the right to refuse service. walmart and Winco you can walk in without a mask and never had anyone say anything everywhere else you will be asked.
