Best animal sanctuary in the country! Lions and tigers and bears--oh my! Plus lots of other rescued animals: bears, wolves, panthers, even a camel :) All viewed from a 1.5 mile-long, 30 foot high, elevated walkway. There's a great gift shop and snack shop--check out their website for details and pricing. We love it there!!

This internationally known concert venue is a big, natural amphitheater carved out of the natural rock formation. When events aren't going on, the park is open to the public for free! There's a great view of Denver too!

At the top of Lookout Mountain, there's a free observation deck to view the entire Denver Metro area. Below the deck is a restaurant, museum(for a small fee) and gift shop. A short trail leads to one of Buffalo Bill's legendary grave sites. More trails radiate from the main building for gentle, fun hikes. We love ending up on the observation deck at dusk to watch the city lights all come on--beautiful!!
