It is a part of the North Shore Mountains, rising to the north from the shores of Burrard Inlet & Indian Arm to a summit of 1,449 m (4,754 ft) above the Deep Cove community. It is most commonly known for its ski area but is also a popular destination for snowshoeing, tobogganing, and world class mountain biking and hiking.

Following the hike, return to the bus for a light lunch. After a meal, tour takes you to Pitt Meadows and begin a bicycle ride along the beautiful dikes and riverbank.
