This bar and restaurant is located in downtown Littleton. There are a few dive bars in the neighborhood, but most of the good nightlife is in Denver proper. Check out the Baker neighborhood or find a great brewery (Great Divide, Grandma's, Our Mutual Friend, etc) before you default to the 16th Street Mall.

This State Park is a hidden gem, with several hiking trails of all levels, easy parking, and excellent views of red rock formations. State Parks cost $7 for a day pass. No pets are allowed in this park.

Red Rocks is a natural amphitheater, but it's also a beautiful park with great hiking trails and views of the city. There's no entrance fee. Just don't climb on the red rocks, it's a $1,000 fine, and we want to keep them in good shape.

The Denver Art Museum is one of the best art museums in the West! Totally worth the drive and ticket fee. Be sure to tour both buildings, and don't miss the large outdoor sculptures which we love.
