Relatively new and a VERY hot spot. Get there early as they don't take reservations as there's often a wait. Don't leave without having the cheesy foccacia bread. To die for. Also great for brunch.

This place is popular for brunch but also does great luches and dinners, too. My favorite is the hazelnut and orange salad with chicken. Great prices, too and very cute "English" vibe.

Just across the street is a very trendy Latin restaurant serving delicious dishes to those looking for a fancier night out. It's a bit more expensive, but very good food.

I usually make my coffee, but when I don't -- or if I want a treat -- I get a "Stella" from Jack's on W. 10th. It's a coffee with cocoa powder and milk. Yum.

Doubtful there's anything else like it in NYC. On a nice day this is THE place to be in summer as it's a bar on a boat! There are lots of places to sit on deck and it's packed on the weekends.

This is where I go for groceries. The prices are good and they have a good mix of big name-brand items along with more artisinal items made by local purveyors. It's a bit of a maze to navigate, tho.

You MUST go. They have food, shops, art exhibits and more. It's a great rainy day activity as it's mostly indoors. Otherwise, enter on 9th ave, walk the length and exit onto the Highline for a stroll.

This is one of the oldest pharmacies in NYC! But it more than just a pharmacy, they have lush soaps and creams and makeup and a helpful staff. It's more pricey than Duane Reade, but it's history!
