All the hallmarks of a public square are here: fountains, music, food trucks, events... and don't miss the The Soldiers' and Sailors' Monument, a huge monument and the small (free!) museum beneath it commemorating the 9,000 Civil War veterans from Cuyahoga County.

The Market is open year-round on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 8:00am – 5:00pm, Saturdays from 7:00am – 5:00pm, and Sundays from 10:00am – 4:00pm. The Market is closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Stay in Ohio City for the rest of the day and enjoy some of Cleveland's finest brewpubs.

Known then as Cleveland's Crystal Palace, the arcade spans a city block between Superior and Euclid and is roofed with an amazing skylight that was so innovative at the time, many contractors refused to build it, saying it couldn't be done. Open 7am-7pm daily.
Heinen's, a local grocery chain, moved into the historic Cleveland Trust Building in 2015 after it sat unoccupied for 20 years. A grocery store may not be on everyone 's sightseeing tour but this is one you don't want to miss. The rotunda is capped with a 61 foot, Tiffany-style stained lead glass ceiling and while you're ogling it you can enjoy eats and drinks. On the top level you can find the largest selection of beer and wine in Cleveland. Test out some of those wines for happy hour; there are 40 different wines on tap including bottles that sell for over $200. Wine not your thing? They also have beer, kombucha, seltzer and Prosecco(!) on tap. Happy hour is every Monday and Thursday on the beer side and Prosecco on Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays. Grab something prepared downstairs and take it up for a very unusual happy hour. Move over, wine country! If you're not up for shopping or happy hour, grab a cone of Mitchell's Ice Cream and lick that while you're staring up. Watch out for drips!
