Enumclaw has its share of restaurants offering Mexican food with a variety of flavors and spices. Maguey’s stands out to us, with its wide offerings—try a seafood dish—delicious chips & salsa, and kind staff. It’s one of those restaurants where you have a favorite booth (ours is in the corner).
