Frank's is our absolute favorite breakfast place! The restaurant itself is an old train car, so it's not a huge location. We recommend showing up early or being willing to wait, but either way, it is WELL worth it. The food is incredible, especially the biscuits and gravy!

Garland District is a historic neighborhood only 5 minutes away from this AirBnB. It has several new restaurants, a local improv theater, locally owned stores and more! We highly recommend talking a stroll through here, especially during Christmas time!

This is the local improv theater in Garland District (see our other post on Garland District). It's affordable and easy fun for the family! We wouldn't recommend taking kids under 12, because the scenes can be unpredictable given that it's improv and largely based on audience involvement. Other than that, it's always a fun way to spend time together and laugh.

This is a great place to see the best view of the roaring falls of the Spokane River as you soar right over them in your own private, completely enclosed cabin. It's downtown and only takes about 20 minutes. Bring your camera and enjoy!

Loma Vista is an expansive park only one block away from the house. It has two playgrounds, a disc golf course, some shaded areas, and plenty of room for a fun game of Spikeball! We love visiting here with our kids!

Audubon Park is truly one of our favorite parks to walk through. With towering trees offering plenty of shade, numerous playgrounds, and a splash pad, this park has fun for all ages. It's great for a day of fun in the water or a nice, quiet walk at sunset. The best part is that it's only 4 minutes away (driving).

3405 N Milton StAudubon Park is truly one of our favorite parks to walk through. With towering trees offering plenty of shade, numerous playgrounds, and a splash pad, this park has fun for all ages. It's great for a day of fun in the water or a nice, quiet walk at sunset. The best part is that it's only 4 minutes away (driving).
This is a fun rock climbing location for those who love to climb. There is also a walking trail and plenty of spots to hammock in the trees along the way. It's only 17 minutes (driving) from the house!

Corbin Park is only 8 minutes away (driving) and is a local favorite. We love taking our kids here to play on the playground or run around to get energy out. There are park bathrooms, a small baseball field, basketball courts, and plenty of wide open areas.
