A trip to Broadstairs wouldn't be complete without a visit to the unique Morrellis Italian ice-cream parlour, founded in 1932 and still going strong. Delicious homemade gelato served to a backdrop of pink leatherette booths, soda fountain and juke box. Great coffee and cocktails too. I recommend the martini espresso.
