A funky Italian restaurant in the Frenchman's district run by Carmen, a funky transplanted Italian. Excellent authentic old country pizza and other pasta dishes. Nice outdoor ambience. Worth the wait for food, especially if you don't mind the constant reggae music coming from the bar next door.

Excellent fish and lobster dishes, cooked to order, worth the wait. Right on Frenchman's Beach in a funky wood and thatch shack. A good spot to chill out with a Red Stripe after a swim.

Great ackee breakfast as well as french toast and omelettes. Great coffee and the best smoothies in town. Friendly open-air ambience, nice mix of guests and locals. Pardy is a terrific guy.

A short drive from Southfield, Lover's Leap is a stunning view which features a hiking trail down its 1700 ft. length to the sea (recommended for strong and hardy types only ). You will also learn the true story of how it got its name. It has lovely gardens and a bar and restaurant.

The largest beach in the area, with the calmest waters (protected by the Great Pedro Bluff ) and few guests. An excellent seafood restaurant, The Lobster Pot, is on the beach. There is a rugged but safe hiking trail around the Bluff where one can come to wild uninhabited spaces with spectacular views.

The largest beach in the area, with the calmest waters (protected by the Great Pedro Bluff ) and few guests. An excellent seafood restaurant, The Lobster Pot, is on the beach. There is a rugged but safe hiking trail around the Bluff where one can come to wild uninhabited spaces with spectacular views.
A quiet beach, also used by fishermen ( if you are lucky, you can buy fresh fish direct from the boat ). Good swimming but beware of occasional riptides. ( disregard map, located in Treasure Beach ).
