A short drive from the apartment. The food here is to die for and a perfect spot for a special occasion. Everything about this place is top notch and right on the shores of Lake Burley Griffin too. In the summer they also have a casual outdoor bar area where they serve more casual but equally delicious food.

The Boat House

One minute walk from the unit. Perfect family dining spot. Good food at good prices. Kids playing area to keep them entertained whilst you relax.

Sightseeing
As a tourist you can’t come to Canberra without going to the war memorial. Great to do on a pushy and ride up and down Anzac parade and combine with a ride around Lake Burley Griffin, or with a morning hike up Mount Ainslie.
