Take a water taxi in Destin Harbor.
Taking a water taxi is a fun way to get around. You can relax instead of looking for parking. You might even spot a few dolphins! Just tell the taxi driver where are you'd like to go and they will drop you off in the nearest location. A great before or after dinner excursion. Also a romantic way to see the sunset.
Look for the water taxi signs on the boardwalk and call their phone number for a ride. Seven dollars per person each way.

Destin Harbor fireworks.
Destin harbor boasts a seven minute firework show just off the boardwalk. This display happens usually every Saturday night in October and often other holidays as well. Google it to be sure it's going on. Start time 9 pm.
