Wickford is a seaside village with unique shops and restaurants. It's only a ten minute drive from Shore Acres. There are Kayak rentals, dinner on the waterfront, or take a walking tour. Wickford is a fun place to visit any season.

You can visit the Cliff Walk any day of the year between sunrise and sunset. A special time to go is in April during Daffy Days, more than one million daffodil bulbs are blooming along the Cliff Walk and throughout the city. There is a trolley at the end if you want a ride back.

We love this place for breakfast. Family friendly, the kids love the smore's french toast, yummy. They have great omletts and house corned beef as well as house granola.

This eclectic place was featured on Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives. They offer really delicious burgers, I ordered the Luna-sea burger (salmon burger) and it was amazing. Also BYOB. They have vegan and gluten free food too and their desserts are made from scratch, yum. It's a small place and very popular.

It's in the evening from 6:00pm-10:30pm. They also have a soaring eagle zip ride.....be sure to get your tickets in advance. It's very popular.
