Farm to table eating at its finest. Folks there are passionate about good food and where it comes from. Never had a bad meal there, and the staff is very knowledgeable without being "snobby".

Don't don't let anyone tell you that you can't get decent sushi in WV. Pristine Service and a real commitment to authenticity. The only sushi place I have been to and found REAL wasabi. They literally shaved it right off the root in front of me do I could experience it at its peak potency.
