Our personal favorite! This popular Dennis beach is perfect for little ones due to its gentle waves and wading pools during low tide. About 13 minutes away.
Pro Tip: Go during low tide for the widest expansion of the beach and stay for the sunset (check the tide schedule - https://tides.willyweather.com/ma/barnstable-county/mayflower-beach.html)
- Get there early morning or late afternoon as parking fills up fast
- If parking is full, try Corporation Beach or Chapin Memorial Beach next door

Spend a day at this iconic Cape Cod beach and enjoy the scenic drive with sand dunes and water views on both sides. P-town is a great day trip even if you just stop at the beach and spend the rest of the day walking around the shops, restaurants, galleries, etc.

About an hour away from the bungalow, Race Point Beach is a must-visit destination in Provincetown. Spend a day at this iconic Cape Cod beach and enjoy the scenic drive with sand dunes and water views on both sides. P-town is a great day trip even if you just stop at the beach and spend the rest of the day walking around the shops, restaurants, galleries, etc.
