Uber is super easy and fast in this area and CHEAP!
Give uber a little extra time and expect the occasional driver cancellation - but it’s reliable! The driver usually requested that the passenger sit in the front seat because uber is frowned on by taxi drivers in costa rica, and for that reason they can receive harassment

uber  drivers usually ask you to sit in the front seat because the taxi drivers give them a hard time, since they are in competition with the taxi’s... by sitting in the front seat, their car does not appear to be an Uber vehicle
