Outdoor Farmer's Market on Thursdays & Sundays

There is a small local market that pops up on during the day on Thursdays and Sundays near Laurier metro entrance (intersection Rivard and Laurier). Spare a few minutes to walk around and take in the vibe before you hop on the metro -and try some local delicacies if you feel like it! Does not take place during the winter. https://marchefermier.ca/site/en/

3 Grocery Stores in walking distance

There are 3 grocery stores nearby, and they all offer food to go as well as pre-made meal options. In order of proximity: - Metro on St Huber street (very close, quite big and has everything; we recommend this one for guests) - Marche Laurier (small and a bit more pricey; has meat/fish as well) - Fruterie Muscat (our favourite just because it has original products, fresh produce and better prices overall; downside is there's almost no meat products except some cold-cuts)
