Arrive at the Quito airport. Get a taxi from the airport $80-$100. Or ask me to send a taxi to you. There are also busses. Take a bus or taxi to the bus station in Quito and then get on a bus that goes to Mindo.

Visiting Mindo
Mindo is safe and pretty clean but can be muddy. It is a rain forest so it rains most every afternoon. Bring rain gear and plan outdoor activities like birding, hiking and zip-lining for earlier in the day.
