A short drive or bike ride from the house, Endo is a mellow spot with great beer and pinball machines. Dog-friendly. They don't serve food but they often have food trucks, and Smashburger is right next door.

Creative and delicious farm-to-table food, very welcoming staff, and a nice outdoor area right on the main street in old town Lafayette - great for people-watching. Slightly pricey but if you order carefully, not crazy expensive. Great cocktails.
