If you are looking for something quick and walking distance, I can suggest Bistro Vucnica. It is less then 10 min walk in Village Mukinje.

Make sure to get there early early morning or late afternoon. You can get 1 day ticket or 2 day ticket. Check the official website of Plitvice Lakes National Park for the price details and opening times. Tickets can be purchased at the Entrance 2 Parking (2 min drive away) or 25 min on foot (Flora Entrance near the Parking Entrance 2). There is another Entrance 7 min drive away- Entrance 1.

Bihac is a charming little town centered on the banks of the Una River with lots of cafes and restaurants. I recommend restaurant ''River''. Prices in Bosnia are generally much lower then in Croatia.
