Kintaro is open from Monday - Saturday 5:30-9:30 (Sunday Closed) A great restaurant to any Sushi Lovers! My favorite dessert is the Green Tea Mud Pie. Favorite roll is the famous Bali Hai Bomb and trust me it is BOMB! They also got Teppanyaki and a open bar in a very low key setting! Book for a reservation because this restaurant gets very packed!

They use local beef so you can delightfully taste the difference, also they make their sauces which is great! The Parmesan Garlic Fries have the perfect amount of garlic and parsley added. Great Beer as well :)

A gorgeous and moderately difficult hike. Best to hit the trail early morning to catch Kauai's Beautiful Sunrise with a pack of water and hiking shoes! A great hike for someone who loves views and is an adventure seeker.

The Waimea Canyon is to not be missed! The Island version of the grand canyon that meets the Tropics. The views of the canyon itself are breath taking. About an hour and 30 minutes from Lihue.

Amazingly, it was inhabited up until 1919.
