This is in Mountain View about 45 minute drive. They have history/crafts back in the pioneer days. Watch them make brooms, candles etc. They have folk music on weekends and concerts. Want more folk music you can also go downtown to the courthouse to listen to music on Friday and Saturday nights.

Like buffet? This place have everything from catfish, frog legs, shrimp, crawfish, chicken and ribs. Along with salad bar. We like to go there as we like buffet located in Quitman. 30-40 min drive. Be there early as they do get busy on Friday and Saturday evenings. They are open for lunch also during these days. They open at 4 so by 530-630 they are busy so to be prepared.

There is a hiking trail called Collins Creek. There is a fish hatchery next to the campground. This is a good place to go hiking and fish off the bank for trout. They have playground for kids and picnic tables for you to spend the day.

Great place to have breakfast. Try their famous skillet breakfast. I always go for half skillet as it's a lot. If you are big eater then full skillet for the guys. They are open till 2pm. They also have lunch specials every day.
