This is the mountain that you can see from the swimming pool at Ting's Villa. Its quite a hard walk, about 2 hours each way through the jungle but the view from the top is spectacular. The walk is mostly on decent path but is quite steep in places. Remember to take plenty of drinking water.

Dragon Crest
This is the mountain that you can see from the swimming pool at Ting's Villa. Its quite a hard walk, about 2 hours each way through the jungle but the view from the top is spectacular. The walk is mostly on decent path but is quite steep in places. Remember to take plenty of drinking water.
The Islands just off the coast are a must do for any visitor to Krabi and Ko Poda is our favorite. The beaches are the picture postcard perfect beaches with turquoise blue water and soft white sand. Can get a bit touristy especially in high season.

The best beach on Krabi mainland. Just a few km from Ting's Villa. The beach is very rarely crowded and is a fantastic place to spend the day. For swimming, its best at high tide as there are rocks which make it not so great at low tide. But even for just a beach walk, its a great place.

Khlong Muang Beach
The best beach on Krabi mainland. Just a few km from Ting's Villa. The beach is very rarely crowded and is a fantastic place to spend the day. For swimming, its best at high tide as there are rocks which make it not so great at low tide. But even for just a beach walk, its a great place.
Sightseeing
Tiger Cave Temple has a unique giant Buddha sat at the top of the mountain. At the ground level is the main part of the temple and some caves, so its worth visiting just for this, but if you are energetic you can climb to the top of the 1247 step stairs for an unrivaled view of Krabi.
