This is the best coffee shop in town, truly. It has the best freshly baked goods (I heavily recommend the Morning Bun), as well as some of the best coffee in the city, roasted right downtown in their separate roasting facility. It is also right in the heart of downtown, close to literally everything, and has a beautiful view of the city square.
