Probably the cheapest cinema in the country (£3.50-£4.50) but still showing the latest releases. Two screens: Screen 1 is big, screen 2 is smaller. Recently refurbished with brand new seating, screens and sound. Great venue with a vintage feel.

If you like bingo, you'll be very happy here. Cheap to play and food and drink served inside at bargain prices. Huge venue with the usual bingo activites.

Neat bar with a nice view out the front - lively in the evenings, especially at weekends. Drinks specials and food sometimes. Pool tables and football on the TV.

I can't seem to find the exact location on the map, but to the West of the pier and on the seafront is the "Beach Shack" bar with reasonably priced drinks and a lovely setting right next to the sea.

Great beaches, seafront and a lovely little town. Good market on thursdays. 2 hours walk along the coast with stunning views all the way.

Great town to explore. Some ace vintage shops. See the castle and the grounds but don't bother to pay for entry as there is not that much inside.

Forget the town, it's grim. BUT the beaches and bays are some of the best for miles. Water quality excellent and views stunning at sunset. About 45 minutes walk from Clacton.
