You can take this trail about 2 km down and hit The ocean to join up with the spirit trail. When you hit the spirit trail you can go left to Lonsdale Quay or you can go right for a longer walk into a West Vancouver to the beach.
Bikes for rent- Lime Electric to help speed you along.
Head uphill to join in the Baden Powell (BP) trail which is a 50 km trail from Horseshoe bay to Deep Cove. From our house the BP trail towards Derp Cove is 25 km approximately 4 hours “running” if you head West… you go up black mountain on Cypress which is another 4hrs “ running” -steep elevation gain.
Or head up hill for a nice river side walk in the trees. Terrain is easy. Off leash dog zone.
