I hope you enjoy your stay in our home. Please take advantage of the location and walk to Olde Town Arvada. It’s less than a mile away. In Olde Town Arvada, the street is closed to cars and all of the restaurants and coffee shops have great outdoor patios. It’s easier to walk on the weekend than to find parking. The farmer’s market is in the main square. It starts June 5th, 2022 and is on Sundays from 9am to 1:30pm. If you’re going on an outdoor adventure and need additional gear, the Arvada Army Navy Surplus store sells everything you could need. Costco, Sam’s Club, Walmart and King Shoppers are all a short drive away. Got a sweet tooth? Rheinlander Bakery in Olde Town or my favorite, Royal Bakery, are both close by. You can also hop on the RTD G line on Olde Town and be at Union Station downtown Denver in 20 minutes.
