Food scene

Archers is a local favourite! You can’t book so expect a short queue - it’s worth it! There’s a great bit of beach at the end of pasture lane and makes a good walk for families.

Pine Lake is in a semi rural location and a car is advisable

Close to the M6 Pine lake is easy to get to and being in a rural location a car is the easiest option. But, there’s a railway station in Carnforth, just a couple of km away and the lakes 555 bus stops at the entrance to Pine Lake
