I really love this wonderful modern museum. The location and building itself is fantastic. Go even if you do not enter the museum. The area is worth the trip. Direct bus from Falck Ytters plass.

The pin is not accurate as the Sørenga public Ocean Swim site has just opened. You can walk here from the Opera, ask for directions. It is a great place for a dip in the ocean local style!

My favorite pizza-place in Oslo. Italian style pizza, pasta and gelato, all very good and the place gives value for money. Nice informal local place.

Good, basic Norwegian food. One if the few remaining "brown" cafés, which got their name from the tobacco smoke stains on the walks in the days when smoking was permitted. I go there for KJØTTKAKER.
