location
We like camping here because of the location, pool, bar/restaurant, boat ramp, and boat dock. They have live music on the weekends. our children like to bring their bikes and ride around and we usually pick a site that we can see them at the playground. less then 10 minutes from itchnetuknee springs, 15 minutes from ginnie springs, 25 minutes to royal springs, 25 minutes to hart springs, and about 15 minutes to little river springs. Although if you are looking for a more primitive site that still has electric/water/and sewer another camp ground may fit your needs.

Sightseeing
Very family friendly, kids can ride bikes around circle in camp ground. Has a cute playground in middle of campground, larger sites on outer part of circle with lots of shade. Has a beautiful walking path to the spring although it is pretty long. You can also ride bikes down trail or bring a side by side or golf cart. There is 2 springs which are very large, a double jumping platform, a splash pad, large playground, rentals for tubes, kayaks, and canoes, even kids kayaks, and they have a great boardwalk trail that you can walk out and see the river.
Hart Springs RV Campground

This is a state park that you can visit for the day or camp at. The spring is just beautiful. One of my favorites!! You can also rent kayaks or canoes and paddle down to ginnie springs to see there springs. Just remember if you go and don't have a company pick you up at the end you have to paddle back against the current. unfortunately the jump platform is no longer there but the entrance is like a beach and you can walk right. This spring also has a boardwalk that leads you down to see the river.

Parque Estatal de Gilchrist Blue Springs
7450 NE 60th StThis is a state park that you can visit for the day or camp at. The spring is just beautiful. One of my favorites!! You can also rent kayaks or canoes and paddle down to ginnie springs to see there springs. Just remember if you go and don't have a company pick you up at the end you have to paddle back against the current. unfortunately the jump platform is no longer there but the entrance is like a beach and you can walk right. This spring also has a boardwalk that leads you down to see the river.

Known for its beauty. This is a privately owned campground, They offer primitive sites (no electric or water) at first come first serve basis. If you will be camping in our camper you will need to reserve a site that has electric and water. These springs are breathtaking and its a fun time to float to each one. This campground can be known for its parties so if you plan on taking small children we would recommend trying to go more durring the week. We do not rent at this campground on holiday weekends. Sorry for the inconvenience
