One of the longest single-span suspension bridges in the world. Great sweeping views of the Humber and the Yorkshire & Lincolnshire Wolds. You can bike, walk, skate across from Hessle to Lincolnshire and back! I did it on roller skates when I was about 10...

The starting point of many MTB trails & walks in the forest. Info, shop, loos & café. Great picnic spot too, by a lovely little stream with an island for rope swings, hunting minnows, playing pooh sticks etc. Excellent bike shop - bike hire available. Nice little courtyard nearby with a café and some interesting shops.

Great picnic spot too, by a lovely little stream with an island for rope swings, hunting minnows, playing pooh sticks etc. Excellent bike shop - bike hire available. Nice little courtyard nearby with a café and some interesting shops.
I'd recommend a little walk in the Country Park, especially if you have a dog - it's an old quarry with some interesting rock formations, and it's a long way down - be prepared to come up-hill all the way back!
