A super hip Japanese restaurant with some of the best sushi I have ever had (yes I know we are in North Carolina just trust). Fun fact: COBO is a combination of the words “Colorado” and “Boone”. This is Nicole’s favorite and her favorite roll is the white dragon roll!

We accidentally discovered Egg Rollin via their food truck at a Halloween event in Boone a few years ago! Egg Rollin is a must try and has such a unique menu (seriously, they have things like pizza egg rolls. You don’t know it but you need to try it :)) highly recommended!

A very popular hiking trail located off of the blue ridge parkway. Perfect for a relaxing hike and has absolutely stunning look out points! This is our personal favorite hiking spot.
