Harlem Meer is a must see! It's a little lake within the northern most part of Central Park. It's a joy to walk around and see turtles, ducks, fish, and other wildlife. It's worthwhile to visit any time of year.

Getting around: Many options!

Getting around NYC is possible via the MTA (transit system). There are subways and buses and it's easy to navigate by Google Maps, CitiMapper or similar map app. There is also yellow taxis, just raise your hand high and hail a taxi. There is also Uber/Lyft and even a scooter rental company called Revel. You can rent a bicycle from a local shop or even try out the CitiBike with hundreds of docking stations around the city. And last but not least, is walking - NYC is a very walkable city and the best way to enjoy all the beautiful details.
